Anti-social behaviour on E-Bikes

There has been recent reports to local officers that Electric bikes have been driving recklessly around Nailsea, a lot of the time with their faces covered with balaclavas.

It can be difficult to apprehend these individuals due the safety of themselves and members of the public if they are driving recklessly; these bikes usually do not have registration plates.
