  • 12 June 2024

    With the previous occupant losing their property, including a temporary caravan at the location, and a civil injunction banning that person from Knowle and Filwood, we are now closing this priority.

  • 10 June 2024

    The caravan, which had been left at the location by the previous occupant and had been attracting anti-social behaviour, has now been removed by the local authority.

  • 3 June 2024

    The previous tenant has breached their injunction by being in Knowle and Filwood on multiple occasions. They have been arrested and are appearing at Bristol Magistrates Court today (03/06/2024). We are awaiting action from Bristol Council to remove the associated caravan that has been left at the location.

    Due to the previous tenants’ ongoing behaviour in the locality the Local Authority in partnership with the Police have secured an Injunction banning them from the Knowle and Filwood areas of Bristol. If breached, they can be arrested and immediately brought before the courts. This order lasts until October 2024.

  • 23 April 2024

    Officers have assisted Bristol City Council in repossessing a property due to ongoing disorder and anti-social behaviour. The tenant will not be returning to the property.

  • 13 April 2024

    We are working with the Local Authority to seek a permanent solution by applying for additional orders to prevent re-offending once the closure expires.

    Full closure order EXTENDED by Bristol Magistrates’ Court which means no one is allowed inside the address even the resident. It has been completely boarded up to prevent further incidents. This order lasts for another three months.
