Your Neighbourhood Policing Team are concerned over the increasing use of E-Scooters within the area.
We would like to remind you that it is against the law to ride a privately-owned electric scooter (e-scooter) on a public road or pavement .You can buy an e-scooter but it can’t be ridden on a Uk public road or pavement.
The team will be working hard to educate on the current law regarding their use and where necessary have the powers to seize it.

Your neighbourhood policing team have continued to monitor this priority. we have not received any further reports of the illegal use of these types of vehicles. if you are concerned you may report online or via Tel 101
