Attend a misconduct hearing
To improve openness and accountability in policing and ensure public confidence, misconduct hearings involving police officers are held in public.
A maximum of 15 seats are available at a misconduct hearing, three of which are reserved for the media.
Priority will be given to interested parties with seats allocated on a first come first served basis thereafter.
If you wish to attend a misconduct hearing, you need to:
- pre-register before the hearing and agree to the conditions outlined in the registration form (see Upcoming misconduct hearings for individual application deadlines)
- bring valid photographic identification on the day to gain access to Police and Fire Headquarters
