Force Management Statement
We develop the Force Management Statement between October and March each year, and it includes a number of different performance indicators.
The annual statement is our self-assessment and explanation of:
- the current and future demand we face
- our current ways of working, performance and the status of our workforce and assets
- our plans to make changes to our workforce and assets
- what gaps might still exist in our ability to meet demand
