Force Management Statement

We develop the Force Management Statement between October and March each year, and it includes a number of different performance indicators.

The annual statement is our self-assessment and explanation of:

the current and future demand we face
our current ways of working, performance and the status of our workforce and assets
our plans to make changes to our workforce and assets
what gaps might still exist in our ability to meet demand
