- Every case that a Police Office in your Force was convicted of a criminal offence, including the date of the conviction and what the Officer was convicted of.
- For each case, whether you have exercised your powers of pension forfeiture under Regulation K5 of the Police Pension Regulations Act 1987. If so, please state how much of the pension was forfeited.

Please note the details of Criminal Convictions recorded by the Professional Standards Department only relate to criminal convictions over and above endorsable offences. Endorsable offences, classified as speeding tickets, parking fines, driving without a seat belt etc, are not recorded by the Professional Standards Department.
