As stated in Section 33.1.1 of document 1 above, a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) was completed on the use of BWV and the DEMS in 2016. A copy of the PIA is available from the Avon and Somerset Constabulary website, along with a certificate of Avon and Somerset Police’s compliance in relation to BWV.
